Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a transparent and simple refund policy for our Keespace office management application.

1. Free Trial

If a free trial is provided, no charges apply during the trial period.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

• Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

• You may cancel any time, and service will continue until the end of the billing period.

3. Yearly Subscription Refunds

You are eligible for:

• 100% refund if cancelled within 7 days of subscription.

• 50% refund if cancelled within 8?30 days.

• No refunds after 30 days of activation.

4. Failed Payments / Duplicate Charges

If a payment is charged twice or incorrectly:

• Users must inform us within 7 days.

• The extra amount will be refunded within 5?7 business days.

5. Service Issues

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• User errors

• Misunderstanding of features

• Temporary technical issues

• Failure to use or access the service due to your own network/device problems

However, if we are unable to provide core service functionality for more than 72 hours, users may request a proportional refund or credit.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to policy violations, no refund will be given.
